Q. I have a question reguarding Christianity. Simple question…. what do I have to do to be saved?
Q. If the world is ruled by Satan, then are all the nations of the world provinces in Satan’s empire? Is Israel an exception? Is the US an exception? Are there any other exceptions?
1. Fasting – Muslims have never fasted a day in their lives because according to the Bible fasting is a day starting from sundown to sundown – meaning a 24 hour day. Men do not eat or drink their normal three meals or drink in a day; but in Islam, they just changed the time of their three meals from day time to night time. According to Qur’an 2:187 …seek that which Allah has decreed to you and eat and drink until you can discern a white thread from a black thread at the daybreak. Then fulfill the fast till night, …
2. Wife Beating – Men are in charge of women. Men can beat their women. An explanation of how severe the punishment should be, according to Muslim scholar Ibn Kathir, is a light beating which does not cause broken bones or the shedding of blood. Allah stated in Qur’an 4:34 — 34Men are in charge of women by what Allah preferred some of them above the others and by what they spend out of their money. So good [women] are obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah has guarded. And of whom you fear rebellion, so preach to them and separate from them in the beds and scourge them.
3. Adultery – When we talk about adultery in the Qur’an, we are talking about the different opinions of Allah because Allah has abrogated himself in his Qur’an about adultery. There are early verses in the Qur’an which teach soft punishment for adultery, but other later verses teach stoning for adultery which is the final decision in the word of Allah. Examples of these differences can be found in verses 4:15 and 24:2.
4:15 –And for those who commit indecency (lesbianism or adultery, see Bukhari hadith #4839-4820 ) among your women, so call four witnesses from among you against them. So if they testify, so detain them (women) in their houses until death takes them or Allah makes another way for them.
24:2 –The female fornicator and the male fornicator, so scourge each of them with one hundred stripes, and do not let compassion keep you from carrying out the religion of Allah, if you were believers in Allah and the last day. And let an assembly of the believers witness their torment.
However, the final word of Allah commanded to stone those who commit adultery (honor killing) as written in Qur’an 6:151…”And do not kill the soul which Allah forbids except with a just cause…” As for what is “a just cause,” Mohammed said in Hadith Saheh Muslim that the blood of a Muslim cannot be shed except in three cases: in the case of murder, adultery, and apostasy.
One of the amazing things about adultery in Islam is that the laws of direct verse in which Allah in the Qur’an commands the Muslims to stone the adulterers, but Allah in his wisdom allowed an “O mighty” goat to eat this page as stated by Mohammed’s favorite wife, Aisha. This is known in Islam as the third type of abrogation in which Allah removed the verse in the Qur’an but still commands Muslim people to practice its teaching.
It is good to ask questions, but it is even better for you to dig deeper by reading the Qur’an.
Q. By the Torah and the Bible: “God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him”. That implies for the divine nature of human being, that the human has attributes of God. In Quran all I saw that is written about human nature and creation is that the man is created from water, drop of sperm, clay etc. It seems like in Islam a human being doesn’t have any divine nature and is just an object created by God.
Is it correct? Is there any explanation to this? Is there any theological discussion about this?
“Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness. Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted. Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. “(1 Co 10:1-11)
My personal opinion is that much of the Islamization of the Western world is the result of the corruption in most so-called Christian Churches in America and elsewhere in the world, including my own country, South Africa. To my mind the Islamization of the West is all part of God’s righteous judgments on a “church” that has gone berserk and is following in the footsteps of Israel’s idolatry when she “sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.” (viz. spiritual idolatry which amounts to a misrepresentation of God in ways that are completely at variance with his own revelation of Himself in his Word).
Allow me to present you with a few examples. Imagine John MacArthur, a staunch Calvinist, presenting the Gospel to a Muslim and saying to him. “You know, God only chose certain people (the elect to be saved because He loves them only), and decreed that the rest should be cast into hell because it pleases Him.” The Muslim would probably respond and say to MacArthur. “Wow! There is very little difference between what you believe and what we hold to in Islam. In fact, the Islamic Book of Decrees says, “What Allah has decreed is something that man cannot know and he cannot base his deeds on it or use it as an excuse. It is also not valid for him to object to his Lord by questioning why He has caused someone to be among the doomed [chosen for hell] or the blessed [chosen for heaven]. . . . To sum up: the belief that Allah is the Creator Who has decreed all things and has distinguished those who are blessed [chosen for heaven] from those who are doomed [chosen for hell], does not mean that Allah forces His slaves to obey or disobey. Rather He has given them the ability to choose and free will, which is what they act upon, and for which they will be brought to account. Your Lord does not wrong His slaves.”
Next example: Brian Houston of the mega Church, Hillsong, says on video that the Christians and the Muslims serve and worship the same God.You are probably familiar with the vast number of false teachers in America who are leading millions astray. Please read this article (We did not include his article) I wrote some time ago to give you an idea how much Christian terrorism has poisoned the minds of Americans and Christians throughout the world.
As for the second part of your question, I would like to say that I am in total agreement with you, but I am not. Yes, the judgment of God on the “wicked church” is true simply because they are not the Church at all. They may pretend to be. I believe God will use the Muslims to discipline the West, who claim to be Christians, but they are not.
We do not judge Christianity by what those who claim to be Christians say or do. We judge Christianity by the teaching of the Word of God in the pages of the New Testament. Likewise, we do not judge Islam by what those who call themselves Muslims say or do. We judge Islam by the teaching of the Qur’an (Allah’s word) and the hadith (Mohammed’s sayings).

Why do you question Christians for receiving payment for the time and work they invest and the costs that are incurred to produce books or DVD’s? If this was a movie star or a rock singer or a mystery writer, would you question them for receiving payment for their work? They don’t do it for free, so why should Christian ministries do their ministries for nothing? If this were the case, there would be no more ministries. Does your pastor get paid? How long would he be able to eat or have a roof over his head if his church did not pay him? Therefore, shouldn’t those who serve in Christian ministries also eat and have a place to live and be able to pay their bills?
Muslims have lots of money to do their propaganda because we buy their oil and pay them a percentage when we use a credit card that is a part of Sharia financing, which involves most major credit card companies now. If I was receiving this kind of money from Christians as the Muslims receive, I would not need donations for books and DVD’s to do our ministry either.
My “type” of Christianity comes directly from the Bible and states: “The laborer is worthy of his wages.” (I Timothy 5:18) Therefore, all Christians who work in serving the Lord should receive their salary. Where do you think their salary comes from? Their pay comes from different sources of donations.
By the way, I have not received a personal salary for the last three years. Perhaps your donation would help to pay for my salary.
As for Qur’an 5:117: “I did not tell them except what you had commanded me, ‘That serve Allah, my lord and your lord,’ and I was a witness among them as long as I was with them. So when you caused me to die, you were the watcher over them, and you are the witness of all thing,” the word tawafytane is used in this verse in the past tense which means Jesus did die.
As for Acts 22, Paul is writing about their understanding the words. Yes, they heard the words, but they did not understand them. It is like what is written in the book of John in 12: 28-29 when Jesus prayed to the Father: 28 “Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.” But the people who were standing next to Jesus had different understanding of the words of God the Father as we read in verse 29: “The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him.” So they obviously heard the words of God but did not understand it. That is exactly what happened when Paul saw the light.
As for the third place, Paul mentioned in Chapter 26 where he was sharing with King Agrippa to defend himself from the accusation of the Jews and to invite King Agrippa to accept the Christian faith. So he summarized what he had experienced on his way to Damascus. He did not give the details concerning his companions, those who were traveling with him, about hearing the voice of Jesus speaking to Him. Therefore, there are no contradictions in the book of Acts in Chapters 9, 22, and 26.
